Drilling Fluid Specialists

Supervise drilling, cementing, and fluid operations as per Company procedures and standards. Coordinate with internal departments, drilling contractors, and service companies to ensure smooth field operations. Monitor daily drilling and completion activities, and submit reports on operations and HSE performance. Identify operational risks and propose mitigation measures to ensure safe and efficient work progress. Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, drilling programs, and operational guidelines. Support in problem-solving and troubleshooting of drilling, cementing, or fluid issues during field activities. Participate in pre-job planning, risk assessments, and review of service quality performance. Assist in inventory control, logistics support, and material management related to drilling operations.
