Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT roles. - Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire positions. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies. - Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms to find suitable candidates. - Conduct interviews and assess candidates technical abilities. - Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely communication and feedback. - Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets. Requirements: - Experience: 6 month to 3 years in IT recruitment (Freshers are also welcome to apply). - Expertise: Experience with domestic staffing, permanent hiring, C2C, contracting, and contract-to-hire roles. - Strong knowledge of technical roles and industry trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
