QHSE Lead

- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies in compliance with local laws and international standards - Conduct risk assessments and safety audits across the warehouse operations, Including Powered Industrial Trucks (Forklift) / VNA - Promote a culture of safety awareness through training, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns - Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials. - Investigate accidents and near-misses and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence - Maintain HSE documentation, records, and compliance reports - Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard warehouse assets, inventory, and personnel. -Oversee access control, surveillance systems, and security personnel to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access - Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments - Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed Investigate security incidents and prepare reports with recommended corrective actions
