Assistant Manager Resource Mobilization

Responsibilities: * Develop an annual Resource Mobilization Budget and Plan/Calendar. * Develop, update and implement Resource Mobilization SOPs. * Conduct detailed research to generate prospects and secure support from new Donors (institutional, international and individual). * Develop and update Fundraising tools (proposals, presentations, etc.) for current and potential donors and a new set of fundraising activities. * Ensure maintenance and updating of Donor database records appropriately. * Ensure the development of a pipeline for prospective institutional and individual Donors, Grant bodies, etc. * Develop and disseminate donor-centric publications. * Any other task as assigned by the senior management.
