    Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities (included but not limited to) Administering Land and Buildings on Lease, Registration Procedures, Title Diligence, Project Compliance and management as per applicable laws. Administration of Agreements (Drafting/vetting/review/negotiations), contributing in commercial negotiations on various contracts, communicating well across functions in order to strike a balance between business and legal needs of the Organization. Synchronizing with external stakeholders (consultants, lawyers, etc.) regarding ongoing Litigation of the Company. Drafting Legal Notices, Replies, pleadings and other documents in connection with the legal cases of the company or as per requirement of the company and appearance. Adapting and Implementing compliance strategies and ensuring the same. Acquiring and monitoring all necessary licenses, approvals, permissions from various authorities, handling Inspections by Government Authorities. Participating in complex negotiations with business partners, strategic planning with team members of other functions. Liaising with various government authorities with respect to facilitate corporate governance within the organization. Research and analysis of legal issues/matters at hand and advising management or other functions as per needs.
