BID Estimator

Al Bonian Facilities Management LLC is looking for hiring an experienced BID Estimator with a minimum of 5 years experience in FM tendering and estimation within the UAE. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze tender documents and project specifications Prepare accurate cost estimates for FM projects (hard & soft services) Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and quotations Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost breakdowns Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for bids Ensure estimates align with company pricing strategies and profit margins Liaise with operations and engineering teams for project inputs and clarifications Maintain updated records of pricing, suppliers, and market trends Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Facility Management Minimum 5 years UAE experience in FM tendering & estimation Valid UAE Driving License
