Al Madina Group, a leading UAE hypermarket chain, is expanding its private label egg division and is seeking a results-driven professional to lead sales and business development across retail and wholesale channels (Business Development Manager Private Label Egg Division) Salary: From AED 8,000/month (Negotiable) + commission + other benefits Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in UAE food distribution (eggs or perishables preferred) Strong network within the industry Proven experience in private label development Excellent communication and negotiation skills Valid UAE driving license Responsibilities: Acquire and manage key retail and wholesale clients Build strong relationships with buyers (retail, wholesale, HORECA) Lead the sales team to meet and exceed targets Oversee pricing, contracts, and branding of private label products Coordinate with logistics and production departments Monitor market trends and competitor activity
