Job Description
Al Qana Property Management is looking for hiring an Office Assistant. Responsibilities: Book meetings and schedule events Order office stationery and supplies Maintain internal databases with confidentiality and accuracy Submit expense reports for the DGM & GM Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners Distribute incoming and outgoing mail Prepare regular reports and presentations Organize, store and print company documents as needed Answer and redirect phone calls Make travel arrangements Handle queries from managers Monitor the attendance of office staff Update office policies and ensure compliance with them Attend meetings, record minutes of meetings, and distribute accordingly Maintain a structured filing system for customers, vendors, and partner records Handle all types of purchase requisitions (PRs) through Oracle, ensuring accurate processing, timely issuance of Purchase Orders (POs), and proper documentation of supporting records Requirements: High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or Secretary are a plus Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with office management tools (Oracle, MS Office software in particular) Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines Knowledge of office policies and proceduresAl Qana Property Management is looking for hiring an Office Assistant.
