UI/UX Lead

We're looking for a UI/UX Lead to drive our design vision across all digital products. If you're experienced in crafting user-centred solutions, passionate about innovation, and skilled in guiding design standards, wed love to meet you! Key Responsibilities: - Lead design strategy and collaborate across teams to enhance UX. - Conduct user research, and usability testing, and mentor junior designers. - Stay ahead of trends to ensure best practices and innovation. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's in Design, HCI, CS, or related. - Proven experience in UI/UX roles for enterprise applications. - Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc. - Agile and front-end development knowledge is a plus!
