Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitors and will play a key role in supporting our HR and administrative functions. Freshers are encouraged to apply if they are fluent in English. Key Responsibilities: - Front Desk Management: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. - Handle inbound calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel. - Documentation: - Copy and scan documents as needed. - Maintain records of inward and outward documents accurately. - Inventory Management: - Keep track of material stock records and assist in inventory management. - HR Support: - Assist in HR-related documentation and record-keeping. - Track daily attendance for both office and on-site staff. - Back Office Support: - Provide assistance with various back-office tasks as required.
