Job Description
Key Responsibilities: * Collect information on working hours of each employee to revise employee attendance in all departments & send email with missing employee face print (Sign in & out) to department manager. Planning & Monitoring Process: * Collects compensation, performance, recruitment and financial achievement data from related sources to scan opportunities for reducing HR cost. * Develops plan of tactics to fulfill the targeted HR cost in alignment with compensation & benefits, HR Planning and HR management as well. Operational Excellence Process: * Reviews HR Monthly budget versus actual HR cost and analyzes variance causes while proposing the proper related corrective actions after two days from sending it * Prepare HR cost analysis 5th each month to ensure it is within disseminated yearly budget cost. * Revise all payrolls reports after receiving it by 2 daysKey Responsibilities:
