We are seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries promptly and efficiently. You will be responsible for providing support via phone, email, and chat while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. The person in this position will be responsible for business relationships with sales reps, employees, and vendors as assigned. In addition, the CSR's will adhere to Andicor Specialty Chemical's vision, mission, values, goals, and corporate expectations in all facets of work.
