Technical Strategy Planning: Formulate and implement the company's technical strategy to ensure the technical development aligns with business objectives and market demands; guide and participate in preparing and adjusting oil and gas field development plans, and propose overall solutions for new well production enhancement, old well efficiency improvement, and comprehensive block governance based on reservoir geological characteristics. 2. Technical R&D and Innovation: Lead the organization of technical R&D work related to oil and gas field development, promote technological innovation to enhance the company's technical competitiveness, and carry out research and application of new technologies and processes to improve development and production efficiency. 3. Technical Support and Decision-making: Provide technical support and decision suggestions for oil and gas field enhancement projects; assist the product line in achieving annual technical construction goals. 4. Project Management: Organize and coordinate technical support for oil and gas field enhancement projects; be responsible for planning and implementing oil and gas field development projects.
