Job Description
-Know all the information related to the products and provide a full explanation of her clients. -Contacting existing & new customers (Clients, Consultants & EPC companies) for the activities such as, product presentation, enquiry generation, submitting quote, techno-commercial clarifications, and negotiations during order finalization, order execution and after sales requirements. -Establishing long term relation with customers. -Ensure customer satisfaction on products and services provided -Keeping track of upcoming projects in the Kingdom. -Update and maintain the database in the current and future projects. -Updating and maintaining customer contacts data. -Coordinating with Principals for various activities related to pre-sales, order finalization, order execution, company commission negotiations, Payment, after sales & business development. -Supporting company activities for Principal development. -Supporting rotating equipment team activities. -To maintain the confidentiality of information relating to the company and not disclosed to others except for to whom it may concern.-Know all the information related to the products and provide a full explanation of her clients.
