<p>We are seeking an experienced Factory Accountant / Senior Financial Analyst to join our food processing plant team in Calabar. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in FMCG manufacturing, cost accounting, and distributor management. This role requires strong financial acumen to support efficient factory operations, optimize costs, and ensure financial compliance.</p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the factory.</li><li>Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.</li><li>Oversee factory funds management including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow.</li><li>Establish and maintain robust financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Identify and mitigate financial risks by implementing effective risk management strategies.</li><li>Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards.</li><li>Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.</li><li>Perform product costing and monitor profitability to support business objectives.</li><li>Control operating expenses, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.</li><li>Collaborate with distributors to optimize sales and revenue growth.</li><li>Prepare and submit detailed financial reports, including periodic updates on factory performance.</li><li>Lead budget preparation and ongoing financial planning activities.</li></ul>We are seeking an experienced Factory Accountant / Senior Financial Analyst to join our food processing plant team in Calabar.
