Note: Before applying for this role please ensure you are good with the below 2 criteria's, otherwise your application will automatically get rejected. 1) Experience with International customer support. 2) Current location & work location is Pune Title: Customer Experience Partner - Customer Support Location: [Pune only , Remote] Shift : Rotational (24x7) Job Type: Full-Time **Key Skills: International customer support, Email, Chat , Voice process experience **Key Responsibilities: Managing voice calls, email & chats. Pitching customers & understanding there requirements. Taking Order & solving related queries. Escalation of user content issues and questions, and relevant information to relevant/ correct people (Management, Clients). **What Were Looking For: 2+ years of experience in customer support is required. Excellent written oral communication skills in English. Excellent judgment skills to evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions properly. Should be a quick learner and self-motivated. Should be willing to accept ad-hoc tasks to support the team and complete them in a given time frame. Willing to work in high-pressure situations and 24*7 rotational shift and weekly offs. Strong internet connections and WFH setup. No background noise during working hours.
