Youll: *Consult clients, tailor packages to their needs, and assist with documentation, visa processing, and bookings *Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve queries proactively *Coordinate with our operations team for smooth confirmations *Stay updated on rituals, airline fares, travel guidelines, and visa requirements *Achieve sales targets and participate in promotional campaigns You Are: *A strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills *Knowledgeable about Haj & Umrah practices and regulations *Driven to meet goals, even under pressure *Fluent in English, Hindi, and ideally Urdu/Arabic
