Job Description
As the Director of Sales, you will be the driving force behind Bolstered Medias revenue growth. Youll own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, and play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy. This is a hands-on role where youll actively engage in outbound sales, manage inbound leads, and build lasting relationships with e-commerce brands. Key Responsibilities 1. Outbound Sales & Brand Outreach Identify and target high-potential e-commerce brands for outreach. Craft personalized, value-driven outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. 2. Inbound Sales Management Respond to inbound inquiries with speed and professionalism. Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects needs and position Bolstered Media as the solution. Nurture leads through the sales funnel with timely follow-ups and tailored proposals. 3. CRM Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Track sales metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue targets. Use data to refine sales strategies and improve performance. 4. Sales Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and lead generation initiatives. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. 5. Client Relationship Building Build trust and rapport with prospects, positioning Bolstered Media as a trusted partner. Ensure a seamless handoff to the account management team post-sale.
