Junior Product Development Team Member

As a Junior Product Development Team Member, you will be actively involved in the TP review-to-sample process, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality output. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with the PD senior, pattern, sample, and GT teams to develop first fashion samples that meet premium quality standards. Applying pattern-making knowledge to create accurate patterns aligned with design specifications. Assisting in technical file preparation and ensuring all details are precise for sampling. Managing the development of critical and complex styles with a strong focus on quality and timely delivery. Preparing and maintaining documentation, reports, and presentations using MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook). Actively participating in meetings to discuss new designs, material selection, and sampling strategies. Ensuring alignment between design concepts and technical execution. Developing new critical styles and troubleshooting challenges during the process.
