Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of the project lifecycle. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, contract administration, and cost control. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Administer contracts and manage change orders.
• Monitor project costs and identify potential overruns.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify quantities.
• Prepare and present cost reports to project stakeholders.
