Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Factory Operations Management Lead and supervise all factory operations, including production, assembly, quality control, maintenance, and logistics. Ensure mobile phones are produced on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet customer demands. 2. Team Leadership and Development Manage and develop cross-functional teams including supervisors, technicians, and operators. Identify training needs and ensure all staff are skilled and aligned with factory goals and safety standards. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. 3 . Quality & Process Control Implement and monitor quality control systems and ensure all products meet internal and external specifications. Work closely with the Quality and R&D teams to improve production processes and reduce defect rates. Apply lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to optimize efficiency. 4. Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. Conduct risk assessments and ensure all equipment and processes meet safety requirements. 5. Budgeting & Cost Control Prepare and manage the factorys operational budget and capital expenditure. Control costs, reduce waste, and ensure effective use of resources to maximize profitability. 6. Reporting & Communication Provide regular production reports and KPIs to senior management. Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, planning, and supply chain, to ensure smooth factory operations.Key Responsibilities:
