Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join us to oversee the finance function of the charity. Reporting to The Chair of Trustees and General Manager you be responsible for the overall running of the finance function. Key responsibilities Providing financial oversight to the organisation Line management responsibilities for 1 team member Reviewing monthly payroll Production of monthly management accounts with analysis for review and discussion by the Board of Trustees at regular Trustee meetings Managing contracts to ensure income is drawn down in a timely and efficient manner Managing the annual budgeting and business planning cycle Managing ongoing services including VAT, audit, banking and investments Ensuring statutory financial responsibilities and reporting requirements are met Managing production of annual accounts through liaison with Auditors Responsibility for ensuring the Charity is following appropriate UK tax, accounting and other appropriate legislation Monitoring, reviewing and managing key risks affecting the Charity Improving processes and systems and driving a value for money culture Financial aspects of grants applications andWe are looking for a Finance Manager to join us to oversee the finance function of the charity.
