Instructional Designer

We are seeking a talented Instructional Designer to create engaging and effective learning experiences. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that meet the needs of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives.
* Design and develop instructional materials, including online courses, instructor-led training, and job aids.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in instructional design and technology.

Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies.
* Experience with e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
