BIM Manager (Architectural Background)

Universal BIM is urgently hiring an experienced BIM Manager with an Architectural background to work with one of the top consultants in the UAE. This is a critical role requiring expertise in UAE BIM standards and the ability to lead and manage BIM processes across high-profile projects. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate directly with the client to implement and maintain BIM standards, processes, and workflows. Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural BIM models. Ensure compliance with UAE BIM standards and project-specific requirements. Manage clash detection, model validation, and coordination meetings. Provide technical support and training to the BIM team. Oversee project deliverables and ensure quality control. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in BIM management, with a focus on architectural projects. Strong knowledge of UAE BIM standards and protocols. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software. Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
