    We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to manage and support the H-1B and Green Card (GC) processes for our IT consulting and services firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. business immigration laws, especially employment-based visas, and be adept at handling multiple cases for IT professionals efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file H-1B petitions, extensions, amendments, and transfers for IT consultants and professionals. Manage Green Card processes, including PERM labor certifications, I-140 petitions, and adjustment of status applications. Communicate with clients and employees to collect necessary documents and information. Review and organize case files to ensure completeness and compliance with USCIS and DOL regulations. Track case deadlines, respond to RFEs (Requests for Evidence), and manage case updates. Draft legal correspondence, immigration forms, and supporting documentation. Maintain accurate records in immigration case management systems Stay current with changes in immigration laws affecting IT consulting and staffing. Qualifications: Education: Associates or Bachelors degree; Paralegal certification preferred. Experience: 2+ years of experience handling H-1B and Green Card processes, particularly for IT consulting and services. Strong knowledge of employment-based immigration laws and procedures. Familiarity with IT job categories and labor market standards. Proficiency with immigration case management software. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Preferred Skills: Experience handling high-volume caseloads in IT staffing or consulting environments. Knowledge of compliance requirements, including LCA postings and audits. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong writing and research skills for drafting RFEs and supporting documents.
