The ideal candidate will have experience working with Candy software.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare cost estimates for various construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.<br/>• Utilize Candy software to develop and manage project budgets, tender documents.<br/>• Review project drawings, specifications, and related documents to ensure accuracy in cost estimation.<br/>• Collaborate with project teams, including procurement, engineering, and project management, to ensure accurate and timely estimates.<br/>• Maintain updated knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.<br/>• Analyze project risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.<br/>• 7 to 10 years of experience in construction project estimation.<br/>• Proven experience using Candy software in construction project estimation.<br/>• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market rates.<br/>• Excellent analytical and communication skills.<br/>• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.<br/>• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</p>with 7 to 10 years of experience.
