ERP Finance Junior Consultant

We are looking for a motivated ERP Finance Junior Consultant to join our team in Jordan. What You'll Do Assist in gathering financial process requirements and documenting client needs Support the configuration and testing of ERP Finance modules Help develop functional design documents under senior consultant supervision Participate in implementation, training, and support activities Collaborate with project teams to resolve user issues and improve system functionality Stay current on ERP system updates and financial technology trends Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting Information System (AIS), Finance, Management Information System (MIS), or a related field 02 years of experience in ERP systems or financial consulting (internships count) Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Eagerness to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Microsoft certification or relevant training is a plus Other Qualities We Look For: Clear and effective communication skills, especially in reporting and documentation Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment Collaborative mindset with the ability to follow direction and also contribute ideas High level of attention to detail when working with financial data and ERP systems A professional and positive attitude toward clients and team members
