Warehouse Manager

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records using ERP/WMS systems Plan and optimize warehouse layout for efficient use of space and smooth workflow Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations, health & safety standards, and municipality requirements Monitor and control stock levels to avoid overstocking or shortages Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure peak performance Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to meet delivery deadlines Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality and efficiency Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance
