Copri Construction Enterprises Establishment is looking for a skilled and dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Level 13 technical support to both on-site and remote users, including site visits as required Install, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, networks, laptops, and peripheral devices Manage user accounts, access control, hardware provisioning, and software installations Keep detailed IT documentation, inventory records, and support tickets up to date Ensure system continuity through scheduled backups, failover testing, and patching Monitor and secure infrastructure with firewall rules, antivirus tools, endpoint protection, and device encryption Enforce IT policies (passwords, access, email usage, security standards, etc.) Administer and support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Automate environments Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field (Preferred) Minimum 5 years of IT experience in a similar role (Preferred) Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamCopri Construction Enterprises Establishment is looking for a skilled and dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our growing team.
