Senior Manager Production

Creative Plastic Industries LLC is currently seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to oversee its plastic bottle manufacturing operations. This leadership role involves managing production efficiency, ensuring product quality, optimizing resources, and driving a high-performance culture on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: Production Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily production to meet customer demand Oversee injection molding, blow molding, and assembly operations Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and quality guidelines Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage production staff (operators, technicians, supervisors) Foster high levels of engagement, discipline, and productivity Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions Process Improvement: Analyze production data to identify and resolve bottlenecks Drive efficiency through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Quality Control: Work with QA to ensure compliance with quality standards Investigate and resolve quality issues promptly Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance for optimal machine performance Support preventive maintenance planning Health & Safety: Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits and training Inventory & Materials: Manage raw material consumption and minimize scrap Coordinate with warehouse for storage and material handling
