Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently Address guest queries, feedback, and complaints in a timely manner Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth operations Maintain guest satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service Draft and respond to Google Reviews & online guest feedback professionally Make courtesy calls to guests before, during, and after their stay to ensure comfort and satisfaction Send bulk messages/emails/WhatsApp updates to guests about offers, packages, and events Build and maintain good public relations with clients Train staff in customer service standards to ensure consistent guest experiences across all touchpoints Support promotional activities, guest engagement events, and reputation managementGreet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
