Freelance Biz Dev / Client Connector

Do What You Love Productions is a NYC-based, BIPOC women-led creative production company that creates intentional, community-driven events, brand dinners, and content experiences for brands. We're looking for a freelance business development rep (or connector) to help us land new clients and partnerships. Ideal candidates have strong relationships with brand managers, marketing leads, or cultural strategists at lifestyle, fashion, or purpose-driven brands. What Youll Do: Introduce DWYLP to potential brand or agency clients Support in pitching concepts and capabilities Share decks and coordinate intros Work closely with our founder on follow-ups and outreach strategy Ideal Background: Experience working in or adjacent to creative, cultural, or event production spaces Already connected to lifestyle, beauty, apparel, sportswear, or media brands Comfortable communicating on behalf of a small, mission-driven brand Structure: Freelance, flexible hours Monthly retainer (based on experience) + commission on signed clients
