Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all rental and leasing operations for current and upcoming branch locations. - Coordinate and manage lease agreements, renewals, negotiations, and related documentation. - Collaborate with property owners, legal teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth leasing processes. - Conduct market research and site feasibility assessments for branch expansion opportunities. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to leasing and property management. Requirements: - Minimum Bachelors degree (preferably in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field). - Prior experience in leasing, property management, or branch expansion is a strong advantage. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. - Strong ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
