Technical Office Manager

- Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the technical office team (engineers and drafts men). Review and approve all shop drawings and detailed design documents. Coordinate technical requirements with other departments (design, execution, production). Oversee quantity surveying and bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation. Review and approve material submittals and samples. Prepare and monitor project schedules and progress reports. Ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications. Provide technical solutions and support to solve site and production issues. Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and management.
