Job Description
Serve as a point of contact between Elsewedy Agrico and its international partners, suppliers, and stakeholders. Manage and coordinate communications with various stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups on tasks and projects. Organize and maintain schedules for meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management. Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for contracts, project documentation, and other important records. Assist in managing office operations, including procurement and office supplies. Provide administrative support during negotiations, project discussions, and meetings. Conduct research and provide summaries of relevant information for internal teams.
