    Job Description

    Mandatory Skills OCM (Org. change mgt/ Program Mgt/ Bus. Impact Analysis/ Communication Mgt. / Stakeholders Mgt. ) Detailed JD Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. Support communication efforts Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications. Assess the change impact Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Support training efforts Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs. Additional responsibilities: Complete change management assessments Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance Consult and coach project teams Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan (1.) To develop and deliver ,detailed solutions through consulting project activities (2.) To perform qualitative andoror quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client-specific solutions (3.) To coordinate with Internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective deliver of client specific solution (4.) To design, structure and deliver reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience (5.) To cultivate successful customer relationships
