Engage Consultings is hiring a Retail Area Manager on behalf of a trusted client in the mobile phones and accessories industry. This is a dynamic leadership role focused on overseeing multiple retail outlets, boosting sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional in-store customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage and enhance performance across multiple retail branches Coach and develop store managers and frontline staff Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets Ensure consistent visual merchandising and store presentation Analyze sales trends and identify new growth opportunities Conduct regular store visits for audits and team engagement What Were Looking For: Minimum 3 years of retail management experience (mobile/tech retail preferred) Proven ability to drive sales and build high-performing teams Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills Excellent communication and people management skills Willingness to travel to various store locations Passion for customer service and new technology
