Key Responsibilities: Manage and enhance performance across multiple retail branches Coach and develop store managers and frontline staff Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets Ensure consistent visual merchandising and store presentation Analyze sales trends and identify new growth opportunities Conduct regular store visits for audits and team engagement What Were Looking For: Minimum 3 years of retail management experience (mobile/tech retail preferred) Proven ability to drive sales and build high-performing teams Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills Excellent communication and people management skills Willingness to travel to various store locations Passion for customer service and new technology
