Non-IT / BPO Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic Non-IT/BPO Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for various non-technical and BPO roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in bulk hiring and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
* Conduct bulk hiring events and walk-in interviews.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

Required Skills:

* Experience in bulk hiring
* Proficiency in local language (Kannada preferred)
