Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious Senior Account Executive or experienced Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team working with our UK & International Retailers including Boots, SNK, Sephora, John Lewis and Mecca. The successful candidate will use their commercial mindset to drive business with retailers and act as the day-to-day point of contact, responsible for executing and developing the retail marketing plans to continue delivering strong growth both in terms of financial goals and brand awareness and positioning. As well as developing excellent relationships with our retail partners, you will need to have strong communication skills as a key element of the role will involve working cross functionally with our product, PR, operations, and finance teams. As an individual you will be highly numerate, target driven, commercially minded and passionate about working in Beauty. As a start-up experiencing high growth there is strong personal and professional development opportunity and potential at Floral Street and as a result the role is likely to evolve with the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain great collaborative relationships with key retail partners, ensuring all marketing plans are executed in line with the retail marketing calendars. - Work closely with the key retail partners to plan and facilitate the launch of NPD throughout the year ensuring all operational documents including NLFs are submitted in a timely manner. - Sharing marketing opportunities and business insight from retailers in order to develop strong strategy & trade marketing plans, acting as a champion for each retailer to ensure that each account has a strong marketing plan to deliver sales growth. - Undertake ad-hoc reporting and analysis ahead of key strategy meetings and in line with business needs.We are looking for an ambitious Senior Account Executive or experienced Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team working with our UK & International Retailers including Boots, SNK, Sephora, John Lewis and Mecca.
