Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Manage employee lifecycle activities (induction, confirmation, exit formalities) Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation Oversee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and compliance Organize training, appraisals, and employee engagement activities Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies Address employee grievances and support a positive work culture Assist with audits and statutory filings as needed Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field 15 years of HR experience in IT or service-based industries Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with HR software/tools and MS Office Good understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and team player
