Full Circle Group is hiring a Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of facilities in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of all assigned facilities Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance Coordinate maintenance schedules and supervise service contractors Monitor and optimize energy usage and sustainability practices Maintain facility budgets and control operational costs Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and issues Use CAFM or other facility management software to track tasks and performance Collaborate with internal departments to support business operations
