The Dental Studio is urgently hiring a Treatment Coordinator to ensure an exceptional patient journey, from consultation to post-treatment care. This role is crucial in bridging clinical expertise with compassionate service and administrative efficiency. Schedule: 5 days a week (2 days off) Responsibilities: Clearly explain proposed treatment plans, procedures, and benefits to patients Collaborate closely with dentists and nurses to ensure accurate communication of clinical information Manage timely follow-ups for pending treatments and post-care coordination Handle patient enquiries regarding treatment plans, scheduling, and financial concerns Present payment options, manage financial agreements, and assist with insurance documentation Collect patient feedback and testimonials, and manage before/after treatment photography with consent Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up activities in the clinics CRM system
