Habitat Group of Schools, Ajman, is seeking a qualified and experienced HR Officer to join their administrative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource management and must have prior experience working in a school environment. Requirements: > MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) > Previous experience in a school setting is mandatory > Strong interpersonal and communication skills > Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and HR policies > Proficiency in recruitment, employee documentation, and general HR operations Key Responsibilities: > Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management > Maintain accurate HR records and staff files > Support payroll, attendance, and leave management > Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and labor regulations > Assist with staff appraisals, professional development, and grievance handlingHabitat Group of Schools, Ajman, is seeking a qualified and experienced HR Officer to join their administrative team.
