Job Description

Lead and support business transformation and process improvement projects Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities Analyze and redesign business processes using Lean/Six Sigma Engage clients through workshops, reports, and presentations Support change management, training, and stakeholder communication Apply skills in process mapping, data analysis, and project management Contribute to RFPs, ERP (SAP/Oracle) implementations, and change management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency
