We are seeking an experienced **Payroll Specialist (Associate Manager / Deputy Manager)** to manage and process US payroll. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can accurately calculate wages and administer timely payments while ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Process and manage US payroll with precision and efficiency using ADP payroll software. - Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including tax filings and adherence to regulatory compliance. - Maintain adherence to monthly SLA metrics and key deliverables. - Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to facilitate seamless information sharing and coordination. - Develop, update, and maintain process mapping and documentation. - Address payroll queries and provide accurate information to stakeholders within agreed SLAs. - Demonstrate strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
