Project Manager

Hire Resolve's client is a leading player in the engineering industry, renowned for delivering high-quality infrastructure and industrial projects across diverse sectors. They are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to join their dynamic team Cape Town and take the lead on various engineering projects from initiation through to completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage engineering projects across planning, design, procurement, construction, and close-out phases. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Develop detailed project plans, ensure resource availability and allocation, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Perform risk management to minimize potential project risks and issues. Report and escalate project risks, changes, and performance to senior management as needed. Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines. Monitor project progress using appropriate tools and techniques, and provide regular updates. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
