    - Support HR, IT, finance, and other teams with communications toolkits and process design - Manage risk mitigation, business process mapping, and track key program milestones - Design an operating model that aligns with market trends, strategy, and capabilities, focusing on process-driven industries (fertilizers, plastics, chemicals, petrochemicals) - Establish and lead the Transformation/Program Management Office (TMO/PMO), defining governance, roles, and decision-making frameworks - Developed a sustainable TMO/PMO structure and engaged stakeholders to define initiatives and targets
