    Job Description

    Hybrid Global Solutions, a UAE-based banking and financial technology services firm, is currently hiring a Project Manager to support strategic initiatives in the Payments and CMO areas. This role is ideal for candidates with strong project management expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and a record of delivering projects within tight timelines. Responsibilities: Manage all project activities within TMO including meetings, MoMs, and documentation. Coordinate stakeholder communications and lead transformation activities. Arrange training sessions as needed. Track and maintain project risk registers. Prepare and deliver program updates and reports under strict deadlines. Requirements: Bachelors degree. PMP certification (Scrum Master preferred). 68 years of project management experience. Strong stakeholder and change management capabilities. Advanced skills in process analysis and project coordination. Intermediate knowledge of BI tools and business process management. Strong presentation skills (written and verbal). Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience in presenting to senior management forums.
