Senior Officer Admin and Logistics

Leasing of new accommodation and renewal of existing on time and in accordance with the policies. Maintain accommodation cleanliness, comply with health and safety standards, rules & regulations. Monitor costs and achieve the annual target. Arrange soft pack for new staff and maintain records of soft pack in camp. Manage AMC contract with approved TFM suppliers. Manage internal stakeholders in the organization. Monitor daily transportation operations and ensure staff reach work sites on time. Maintain accurate records for all transactions related to transportation.
