Imtiaz Developments, a prominent real estate development firm based in Dubai, is looking for hiring an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive a high-performance workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior management and project teams to align HR strategies with real estate objectives Manage employee relations in compliance with UAE labor laws Lead performance management processes (goal setting, appraisals, feedback) Develop and implement L&D programs with focus on leadership, safety, and compliance Support change management during growth, project launches, and restructuring Guide compensation and benefits benchmarking in the UAE real estate sector Use HR analytics to improve retention and workforce productivity Promote company values and culture across all teams
